The President of the Republic appointed ambassadors and removed a judge04.07.2003
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution appointing Andres Unga Ambassador to the Republic of Armenia, to be residing in Tallinn. The President also appointed Paul Lettens Ambassador to the Republic of Moldova and to Georgia, to be residing in Kiev.
The Head of State by his today's resolution removed from office Ilmar Kikkas, Judge of the County Court of Lääne, due to ineligibility for office.
