The President of the Republic promulgated nine acts02.07.2003
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed resolutions to promulgate the Act on Amendments to the Government of the Republic Act, Public Service Act, Anti-corruption Act and to the State Public Servants Official Titles and Salary Scale Act; the Act on the Ratification of the Additional Protocol to the Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine, on Transplantation of Organs and Tissues of Human Origin; the Act on the Accession to the Protocol of 1988 relating to the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974; the Act on Amendments to the State Borders Act; the Act on the Procedure for the Return of Cultural Objects Unlawfully Removed from a Member State of the European Union; the Fertilizers Act; the Performing Arts Institutions Act; and the Supplementary Budget of the Year 2003 Act passed by the Riigikogu on June 11, and, in addition, the Act on Amendments to the Law of Property Act Implementation Act, to the Land Cadastre Act, the Investment Funds Act and the Estonian Central Register of Securities Act passed by the Riigikogu on June 12.
