The President of the Republic promulgated an act

President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to promulgate the Act on Amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Estonia for the Election of Local Government Councils for Four Years passed by the Riigikogu on February 25.
