The Memorandum of National Agreement signed20.02.2003
 39 authorized persons - representatives of our civil associations, organizations and political parties - having gathered at President Arnold Rüütel's invitation today at Kadriorg signed the Memorandum of Estonian National Agreement.
By signing the memorandum, the associations - parties to the memorandum, undertook to participate through their representatives in the social dialogue aimed at concluding a national agreement concerning areas crucial to Estonia's enduring development.
