On the occasion of the 85th Anniversary of the Republic of Estonia and in recognition of services to the country and people, I shall confer state awards on outstanding scientists, educationalists, cultural figures, economists, freedom fighters, politicians, state and local government officials, and advocates of civil society, democracy and international co-operation as follows:
