The President of the Republic promulgated acts14.02.2003
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed resolutions to promulgate the Enterprise Support and State Guarantees to Loan Act; the Republic of Estonia Act on the Members of the Riigikogu Official Wages, Pension and Other Social Guarantees Amendment Act; the General Principles of the Legal Regulation of Industrial Property Act; and the Act on Amendments to § 27 of the Law on Pre-School Child Care Institutions passed by the Riigikogu on January 28.
The President also promulgated the following acts passed by the Riigikogu on January 29: the Citizenship Act Amendment Act; the Notaries Act, Notary Fees Act, Notarisation Act, Sworn Translators Act and Business Code Amendment Act; the Artificial Insemination and Embryo Protection Act Amendment Act; the State Family Benefits Act Amendment Act; the Value Added Tax Act Amendment Act; the Income Tax Act Amendment Act; the Patents Act and Utility Models Act Amendment Act; and the Act on the Ratification of the Patent Law Treaty.
In addition, the President promulgated the Databases Act Amendment Act and the Anti-corruption Act Amendment Act passed on January 30.
