Letter of condolences to the President of Italy

Your Excellency,
It was with deep sorrow that we learned of the plane accident yesterday in Milan. It is a fact of today's world that people travel at great speed and in large numbers, be it on trains, planes or ships. Thus we are also faced with large numbers of victims when accidents do happen. Nonetheless, the crash in Milan shocks us with the number of dead in peacetime.
Please convey my personal sympathy and the condolences of the entire Estonian nation to the families of the victims.
